A supportive therapy space for women who are ready to feel like themselves again.
- Maternal Mental Health
- Women's Issues
- Anxiety + Transitions
My Approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative, where I work with my clients to identify goals that feel important to them. I help my clients understand the unhelpful patterns that drive their anxiety, stress, and feeling stuck so that they can make lasting changes and feel like themselves again. Not only do I provide a safe space to process your thoughts and feelings, but I also help my clients develop practical skills for coping, such as emotion regulation skills and grounding techniques.
Specialties
I specialize in working with those navigating maternal mental health, infertility, women's issues, anxiety, and life transitions.
Coverage
I am currently in-network with Aetna/Meritain, Blue Cross Blue Shield/Anthem, and Cigna. I have applied for and am waiting for approval to be credentialed with United Healthcare/Optum.
My self-pay rate is $165 for initial and ongoing sessions.
